"As both electrical and electronic technologies are in a constant State of change, electromagnetic (EM) emission standards must also reflect these changes in order to minimize possible negative effects on the efficient use of the EM spectrum. The purpose of this report is twofold. It intends to provide a comprehensive summary of current Canadian EM emission standards as well as an analysis of future requirements and their relative priorities"--Introduction, page 1.
