"This report analyzes the results of a survey of 2,244 rural businesses. These establishments were selected to represent a statistically reliable sample of the approximately 129,000 businesses in rural Canada. In this report, a number of aspects of business telephone and mobile radio services are analyzed to determine the underlying concerns of rural establishments and forecast what services they require in the short term"--Executive Summary.
