"The Manitoba Telephone System is proposing an experiment to demonstrate how telecommunications services can be improved to remote Northern parts of Canada with the use of 12/14 GHz ANIK-B satellite and trail radio systems. The proposed experiment is planned for the remote communities of Brochet, Lac Brochet, Shamattawa and Tadoule Lake"--Introduction.
