"The purpose of the study as outlined in the statement of work, was to examine the "Feasibility of Radio Facilities in Rural Parts of Canada" or more specifically: a) To undertake general studies related to the application of radio technologies to rural communications. b) To devise and coordinate a plan for feasibility for selected areas. c) To organize a pilot project at a selected location to demonstrate feasibility and acceptability by the public"--Purpose of Feasibility Study.
