"This report presents the findings of a study on possible methods, methodologies and approaches for modelling and measuring the impacts of computerization in general, and the effects on organizational productivity of the introduction of computerized information processing in particular. The term "information processing" is used here in the broadest sense to include a range of technologies encompassing traditional computerized systems, management information systems and electronic office systems"--Foreword.
