"This is the final report on a study commissioned by the Department of Communications (DSS File #2ER.36100.2-4366) to develop protocol transformation algorithms to permit Telidon terminals conforming to CSA-T500 Standard, to receive and display documents communicated via other Telimatic systems. The study also includes developments of code conversion algorithms between Telidon 7 bit and 8 bit environments"--Introduction.
