"This report combines all available information on the location of and contacts for oil spill countermeasure equipment in the coastal areas of British Columbia. It lists equipment package size, location, and organization, with a detailed section on individual package content. The intent of this report is to familiarize people with the location of countermeasure equipment nearest a spill site. The availability of the equipment listed in this report is dependent upon the lending policy of the owner. Arrangements for its use must be made with the individual package holders"--Abstract, page ii.
