"The study concludes that radio broadcasting will have to undergo major change and adaption if it is to provide relevant and effective services for the needs of the Canadian society in the 1990's and beyond. At present there appears to be little incentive to change established practices, at least not to the degree required to adequately prepare for the future"--Executive Summary.
