"Criteria for maintaining AES climate stations in British Columbia must be developed in order to maximize the utilization of resources. The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of criteria for the maintenance of such stations. Using this station-by-station methodology, the value of each climate station to the AES could be determined and an overall Regional plan for the climate network could be developed"--Summary.
