"For several weeks in the summers of 1992 and 1993 balloons carrying meteorological and ozonesondes were released in the Lower Fraser Valley region of British Columbia when ground-level ozone concentrations were elevated. The 1992 program was a precursor to the more intensive field program, Pacific 93, conducted from July 15th to August 12th, 1993"--Page [1].
