A relationship between El Nino/southern oscillation and winter temperatures over British Columbia, Canada / Keith Perry. : En57-45/93-4E-PDF
"Winter (DJFM) temperature data from 7 stations in British Columbia, Canada covering the period 1888-1992 were analyzed to determine any relationship between El Niño events interannual temperature variations. It was found that winter temperatures are generally warmer in BC during a moderate to strong El Niño event although the probability significant warming varies from station to station"--Abstract, page [1].
