"This report describes the gasoline monitoring programs conducted in British Columbia during 1987. Samples of leaded and lead-free gasoline were collected and analyzed to check the lead content and verify compliance with the Leaded and Lead-Free Gasoline Regulations published pursuant to the Clean Air Act. Surveys were also conducted to investigate the practice of nozzle switching on leaded gasoline dispensing pumps at retail outlets and the practice of motorists misfueling vehicles that are designed to use lead-free gasoline"--Abstract, page i.
