"The recently constructed cold environment hydraulics research facilities, consisting of two cold rooms refrigerated by a new "frost-free" glycol spray system, a recirculating flume with attached wind tunnel, a wave flume and a cold water storage and supply system, are described. Our experiences relating to the design, construction and operation of the facilities are reported. The capabilities of the research facilities are demonstrated by some ongoing and planned research programs"--Abstract.
