"The Honourable William C. Winegard, Minister for Science, has requested the Big Science Committee of NABST to review the proposed KAON facility, applying its criteria for "Big Science" projects, and to develop a set of recommendations for a course of action on the KAON proposal and on Canadian research in particle physics.
