"Riding Mountain National Park is located in southwestern Manitoba on the Manitoba escarpment. The Park is typified by knob and kettle topography and is heavily wooded by deciduous and coniferous forest along the eastern and southwestern highlands and deciduous merging into steppe in the western area. In preparation of the report, tabulations and extrapolated maps were used to represent the data. A variety of figures and tables has been developed with accompanying recommendations to provide guidance to planners and users of the Riding Mountain National Park area"--Summary.
