"The objective of this project was to investigate and develop memory ARQ schemes for improving the performance of multi-FSK data transmission over the HF radio channel. A set of experiments was conducted to evaluate the performance of various ARQ schemes. In this document we report on the design and setup of the experiments, and we present the experimental results for memory ARQ schemes without coding as well as with block and convolutional codes"--Summary.
