"This study is an attempt to update estimate loadings for eighteen persistent toxic chemicals to Lake Ontario from the Niagara River and Canadian-side of the drainage basin. The chemicals studied were those identified as exceeding water column or fish tissue standards, criteria or guidelines in Lake Ontario and/or the Niagara River"--Executive Summary.
