"A regional science peer-review meeting was held on December 12th, 2018 in Burlington, Ontario. The purpose of the meeting was to assess the recovery potential of Warmouth (Lepomis gulosus) in Canada to provide advice that may be used for a listing decision under the Species at Risk Act, for the development of a recovery strategy and action plan, and to support decision making with regards to the issuance of permits or agreements. Participants included DFO Science and Species at Risk programs, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (OMNRF) and several conservation authorities. ... This proceedings report summarizes the relevant discussions from the meeting and presents recommended revisions to be made to the associated research document"--Summary, page iv.
