"This document constitutes the final report of the evaluation of the Discovery Research Program of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). This evaluation covers selected activities that fall within the scope of the Discovery Research Program, and covers the 2013/14 to 2017/18 fiscal years. It builds on previous evaluations of the program (or components thereof), more specifically those released in 2008 and 2014"--Executive summary, page iv.
