"French speakers in the Atlantic provinces' agriculture and agri‑food industries have unique characteristics and specific needs as an official language minority. This report profiles farms with a French‑speaking main operator and French‑speaking workers in the agriculture and agri‑food industries. It also presents the changes in their social, economic and linguistic profile between 2006 and 2016. This report is a follow‑up to the "Portrait of French‑language workers in Atlantic Canada’s agriculture and agri‑food industries" published in 2017"--Introduction, page, 6.
