"The Evaluation Division has undertaken an evaluation of Correctional Service of Canada’s (CSC) Grants Program. CSC currently funds two grants with the University of Saskatchewan (the University) that create opportunities for training and research, and support CSC’s mandate and priorities. The grants function under separate Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) with the University. CSC has been collaborating with the University through MOAs under the Grants Program for over 25 years; in the area of psychiatry since 1990 and in the area of forensic psychology since 2000. CSC last completed an evaluation of its grants and contributions in 2011"--Background, page 8.
