"With the objective of providing optimum crash protection for infant and child passengers, the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada established a Task Force to conduct a public review of applicable regulations under the Hazardous Products Act and other relevant material. Submissions were received from interested parties and a public hearing held. This report from the Task Force to the Minister identifies and reviews issues raised. Recommendations are made to the Minister for revision of the current regulations and on broader issues related to achieving Optimum Crash Protection for Infant and Child Passengers"--Abstract.
