"NRCan's Greening Government Services Program, including, as a component, the Federal Buildings Initiative, provides services to departments and agencies to support energy improvements within federal real property as detailed in Appendix O of the Treasury Board's Contracting Policy. The services, in part, include a Qualified Bidders List of energy service companies eligible to bid on Energy Performance Contracts with Federal Clients. The following Qualification Requirements apply to firms seeking to qualify under the Greening Government Services Program to bid on federal Energy Performance Contracts with federal departments and agencies."
