It is also listed as endangered under the Ontario Endangered Species Act (ESA; SO 2007, c. 6). In Quebec, it is on the list of species likely to be designated threatened or vulnerable under the Act Respecting Threatened or Vulnerable Species (CQLR, c. E-12.01). It is given a global rank of G3 (vulnerable) by NatureServe (2015).
