"The objective of the OAG’s audit was to determine whether the CRA ensured CCB recipients “were eligible for the benefit and that payments were made in a timely and accurate manner.” The audit did not examine activities seeking to increase access to benefits, such as “Government of Canada outreach activities to vulnerable populations[,] because these may be the subject of a separate audit in the near future”"--Audit objective, page 4.
