"This document contains the proceedings of the regional peer review meeting on the assessment of the Estuary and Gulf of St. Lawrence capelin stock (NAFO 4RST) in 2020. The meeting, which was held virtually via Zoom on March 18-19, 2021, brought together roughly 50 participants from science, management, the fishing industry and Environmental non governmental organizations. These proceedings describe the highlights of the meeting presentations and discussions and outline the recommendations and conclusions resulting from the review"--Summary, page iv.
