"The Department has controls in place to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information to support Reservist pensions. Improvements from past audits were observed with respect to the retention of HR and pay documentation. Further enhancements in the areas of policies and procedures, training, and monitoring and reporting will support the Defence Team’s continued efforts regarding Reservist pension documentation"--Overall assessment, page iii.
