"Environment and Climate Change Canada's Canadian Wildlife Service (ECCC-CWS) is responsible for the management and conservation of Wildlife under its jurisdiction. The Guidance and protocols for Wildlife surveys for emergency response outlines the rationale, objectives, and protocols to conduct surveys to gather information on Wildlife and their habitats that have been, or have the potential to be, impacted by Pollution or Non-Pollution Incidents. This document supports the standardization of the planning process according to ECCC-CWS's recommendations.
