National report : findings from the Survey on the Impact of COVID-19 on the delivery of STBBI prevention, testing and treatment including harm reduction services in Canada. : HP40-293/2021E-PDF
"Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, unprecedented challenges in delivering primary health care including sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI) prevention, testing and treatment services as well as harm reduction services, have been reported across the country. These disruptions may have had a greater impact on populations that are more at risk for STBBI and COVID-19, such as African, Caribbean and Black (ACB) people, Indigenous Peoples and people who use drugs living in Canada (3). The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) developed four national online surveys to better understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on access to and delivery of STBBI prevention, testing, treatment, and harm reduction services, specifically for priority populations"--Introduction, page 1.
