"This evaluation covered the activities of the Federal Initiative (FI) to Address HIV/AIDS in Canada for the period of 2013-14 to 2017-18. FI represents an annual investment ranging from $70 to $78 million. The evaluation was undertaken in fulfillment of the requirements of the Financial Administration Act and the Treasury Board of Canada’s Policy on Results (2016)"--Executive summary, page iii.
