"The aim of this study was to construct a sociodemographic profile of food bank users in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. A random sample of 1,019 food bank users, stratified proportionally across 34 Winnipeg agencies, was used to answer questions regarding financial status, housing conditions and satisfactions, food bank usage, employment history, health and perceptions of prospects for the future and other sociodemographic information"--Abstract.
