"This report presents the results of the evaluation of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) Contribution Program. The evaluation was conducted by the Internal Audit and Evaluation Bureau of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (the Secretariat) and was included in the Secretariat's Five-Year Departmental Evaluation Plan. It was conducted in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Evaluation and the Financial Administration Act, which require an evaluation of the relevance and the performance of all grant and contribution programs every five years"--Introduction, page 1.
