"The evaluation of the National Research Council's Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) covered the period from fiscal year (FY) 2017-18 to FY 2021-22. A comprehensive mixed-methods approach was used in the evaluation, including data and document reviews, internal and external interviews, case studies, a survey, focus group discussions, journey mapping, an international comparison study and a partial benefit cost analysis (PBCA).
