Our efforts over the past year have focused on this phenomenon and its meaning for the Information Highway. Within this broader context, we have been asked to provide specific advice on five Information Highway issues, and we struck steering committees to address each of them: economic growth, the Internet access, Canadian context, and learning and the workplace.
