Distribution of slope failures in eastern Baffin Island fiords, Nunavut / R. Bennett, A. Normandeau, and D.C. Campbell. : M183-2/8861E-PDF

"The purpose of this report is to identify and map slope failures in Eastern Baffin Island fiords. This was done by interpreting all existing multibeam echosounder and Huntec data that was of sufficient quality to observe these features. Databases were created that record a geographic position for each interpreted feature, as well as various observed characteristics and physical measurements that will be discussed later in this report. In addition to the identification of slope failures, the occurrence of seabed ice scour and sediment waves were also mapped at the same time"--Introduction, page 1.
