"This independent assurance report was prepared by the Office of the Auditor General of Canada on forests and climate change: the 2 Billion Trees Program and Canada's estimating, accounting, and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions from the forest sector, led by Natural Resources Canada, working with Environment and Climate Change Canada.
