"The accuracy of winter streamflow records is being examined in a Canadawide research program. This paper presents interim results of the program; reviews methods of calculating discharge under ice cover; and presents an analysis of various factors contributing to probable error in winter streamflow data. Suggested methods are derived for improving accuracy"--Abstract.
