"The goal of this investigation was to determine how the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) treated Primary Reserve members comparatively to Regular Force members in the identification of their mental health needs and provision of mental health support before, during, and after domestic operations. Domestic operations are conducted in Canada to support matters such as fires, floods, rescues, and the COVID-19 global pandemic"--Executive summary, page 3.
