"This evaluation examined Global Affairs Canada's Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) programs across 12 missions abroad for the period 2016-17 to 2020-21. The objectives of the evaluation were to determine the extent to which the programming is relevant, efficient and effective at supporting the growth of Canadian small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing access to unique resources and support within key global technology clusters.
