"The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the relevance and performance of ACOA's Innovation programming over a six-year period, from 2013-2014 to 2018-2019. The evaluation fulfills Government of Canada (GC) accountability requirements and provides the Agency's management with systematic, neutral evidence to support continuous program improvement. The methodology included interviews with 42 key informants, a client survey with an overall response rate of 48%, two case studies, a document and literature review, and an analysis of available performance data"--Summary, page v.
