The Canadian Seed Growers' Association (CSGA) is identified in the Seeds Regulations (the Regulations) as the authority for seed crop certification of most crop kinds in Canada except potatoes. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is Canada's seed certification authority and administers the Seeds Act and the Regulations.
