"The Mesozoic Stratigraphy Activity of the Western Priority Area of the GEM GeoNorth Program was initiated in 2020 to provide new stratigraphic data for the Mesozoic of the northern Canadian Cordillera. The GEM GeoNorth Program itself aims to increase the level of baseline geological knowledge in Canada's north, and to provide geoscience data for sustainable resource development in the context of a changing climate.
