"This report presents the findings from the evaluation of Environment and Climate Change Canada's (ECCC) contribution to the Emergency Management Strategy (EMS). This evaluation covers the 4-year period from 2019-2020 to 2022-2023 under the following themes: relevance; governance; program design and delivery; effectiveness and results achieved; and use of performance information. This evaluation was conducted as required by the 2016 Treasury Board Policy on Results"--Introduction, page 2.
