"The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the relevance and performance of the First Nations Health Branch Communicable Disease Control and Management Programs (CDCM) for the period of April 2008 to March 2014. The evaluation fulfills the requirement of the Financial Administration Act (for Grants & Contributions) and the Treasury Board of Canada's Policy on Evaluation (2009), as per Health Canada's Five-Year Departmental Evaluation Plan"--Executive summary, page ii.
