Our responsibility was to provide objective information, advice, and assurance to assist Parliament in its scrutiny of the government's management of resources and programs and to conclude on whether ArriveCAN complied in all significant respects with the applicable criteria. … The objective of this audit was to determine whether the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency, and Public Services and Procurement Canada managed all aspects of the ArriveCAN application, including procurement and expected deliverables, with due regard to value for money"--About the audit, page 22.
