"The objective of the audit was to assess the management control framework for establishing and managing interdepartmental service arrangements (ISA) for the provision of shared services at the Department and the Agency. The audit focused on the significant arrangements that were operational by March 31, 2014. The audit was conducted in accordance with the Internal Auditing Standards for the Government of Canada and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit.
