"In this report, the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) provides expert advice to Environment and Climate Change Canada to enable them to update their Marine Emission Inventory Tool such that air and water pollution discharges from ships equipped with exhaust gas cleaning systems (EGCSs), also known as "scrubbers," can be estimated for ships operating in Canadian waters"--Introduction, page 2.
