Telework, time use, and well-being : evidence from the 2022 Time Use Survey / by Dana Wray. : CS89-652/2024-3E-PDF
"The COVID-19 pandemic led to a substantial shift in work arrangements, particularly a rapid rise in working from home. The percentage of Canadians working most of their hours from home rose from 7% in May 2016 to about 24% in July 2022 and then slightly down to 21% in July 2023 (Statistics Canada, 2024a). Although the situation around telework is still changing, many more Canadians appear to be working from home than in the past – whether exclusively or in hybrid arrangements (Statistics Canada, 2024b)"--Introduction, page 4.
