"The rain attenuation exceedance and the corresponding link availability have been calculated for any location in Canada for a Satcom link in the 10-45 GHz range with arbitrary values of the link parameters. Contours, with arbitrary constant values, of these two parameters are also determined for any region in Canada. The effect of site diversity on these results can be studied. The results are presented in different formats to facilitate their use in a system design"--Abstract, page iii.
