DEBU allows Elint and EW databases, such as EPL, Kilting, EWIR and AFEWC, to be easily reviewed and analyzed from a personal computer (PC). DEBU's basic function is to allow users to examine the contents of user-selected sub-files of user-selected emitters of user-selected databases.
